One-on-one rehab focused on rebuilding strength, improving movement capacity, and supporting a confident return to running, lifting, or sport.
Progressive strength programming for athletes transitioning from rehab back to performance, with an emphasis on durability and long-term progress.
Data-informed testing to assess strength, symmetry, and readiness for progression, helping guide rehab and return-to-activity decisions.
About Force Labs Physical Therapy & Performance
Force Labs was built around a simple idea: active people need rehab that reflects the real demands of sport, training, and performance.
Care is one-on-one and guided by objective information. Strength deficits are measured, progress is tracked, and decisions are based on data rather than guesswork — creating a clearer path from injury back to full activity.
The Person Behind Force Labs
Hi, I'm Kevin. My journey into health and fitness didn't begin as a lifelong athlete. After transforming my own health through running and strength training, I became fascinated by how the body adapts to movement. Today, I help runners, lifters, and active adults understand their injuries, stay active whenever appropriate, and confidently return to the activities they enjoy.

What Patients Are Saying
Hear what patients have to say about their experience at Force Labs.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ACL Rehab
"Every movement or exercise felt deliberate. Kevin always explained the 'why' behind what we were doing, and the objective strength testing made it motivating to see my progress. Six months after surgery, I was back to mountain biking, bouldering, and hitting strength PRs."
— Donovan Christman
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chronic Back & Knee Pain
"Kevin always made me feel like I was collaborating on my recovery rather than just being prescribed a plan. He made recovery approachable, attainable, and sustainable."
— Liz Kline
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Back Pain & Strength Training
"Kevin eased me through recovery and into building strength and balance. Now I lift heavy things—some of them three times the weight of my kids. It still blows my mind that I'm someone who happily works out three times a week, and that's because of Kevin's guidance, clear direction, and encouragement."
